Spartan Precision

Prototype to production.

Design, machining, finishing, and inspection under one roof, so nothing is lost between suppliers.

Research and development

We develop specialized law enforcement equipment and the processes to make it with the people who will use it, and design every part to be made repeatably.

Design for manufacture is part of the first conversation, not a correction at the end. Material, geometry, finish, and inspection method are decided together.

Precision machining

416 stainless, alloy steels, and aluminum, machined and deburred in house.

Critical dimensions are specified with their inspection method, and verified before a part moves to finishing.

Finishing in the same building

Bead blasting and Cerakote coating happen a few metres from the machines.

How work moves

  1. Brief

We start from your requirement, drawing, or problem, and agree what success is measured against.

  2. Prototype

First articles are machined, finished, and inspected in house so feedback loops stay short.

  3. Qualify

Process, finish, and inspection plans are documented before volume, so the tenth part matches the first.

  4. Produce

Controlled production with traceable material, recorded process parameters, and final inspection.
